Even though we have a windy and rainy weather prediction for today, nothing happened unto now. I had a sunny dog walk in the morning, did some sweeping around the house and managed to take photos of my last quilt. I want to keep this one for myself. So no headaches to find a proper quilt name – “Red UFO” is OK with me.
Quilt size : 54″ x 77,5″ / 137 x 197 cm – Finished block size : many different sizes, log cabin and spiral blocks – Batting : Warm and Natural
Free-motion quilted with meanders using YLI machine quilting thread 40/3 in color : Beijing Red Square
Makes also a nice table decoration :
Thanks for stopping, enjoy life, Barbora

It’s a lot of fun to look at. Did you use a pattern or work out the sizing plan yourself? I have long wanted to make a multi-sized block quilt and haven’t yet done so.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Melanie, thanks for stopping. I found the pattern in a magazine and I followed the block distribution. All I remember is that the quilt top was divided into 6 squares/rectangles. Maybe I have some more documentation on my old hard disc – I shall check it later this week. Greetings from very windy Spain, Barbora
