After a “lazy” winter, the work in my professional life has picked up. I have had a few busy weeks and there is no change in sight. So for the moment I had to reduce patchwork and quilting just to classes. I enjoy the classes very much, my lady pupils are wonderful and we have a good time together. We are working on a QAYG quilt, most of the blocks are now ready for quilting. Last week I have helped Mary to finish her quilt and decided to go for FMQ with meanders :
Here a detail of the QAYG seams that join the individually quilted blocks :
And finally a photo of the finished quilt :
Maybe over the weekend I can work on the blocks of the Skill Builder BOM by Pile Of Fabric.
Happy sewing everyone, thanks for stopping, Barbora
Really beautiful! i love white with blue 🙂 The Quilt As You Go method is great for short arm machines. Thank you for sharing. Avis x
I love this quilt- it’s a pattern I want to try and I’m really intrigued by the qayg technique! Thanks for the links!
