Once more I was visiting my Mum in Prague. I had super summer weather, sunshine and blue skies. Since I am living nearly 20 years in Spain, I am not anymore used to see such an abundance of green hues in the nature. Visiting different parks in the district of Prague 6 I found sooooo many greens that I couldn´t resist to take loads of photos. But lets start from the beginning : my favourite panorama view is, was and shall always stay the Hradcany – Prague Castle that overlooks the river Vltava nad Charles Bridge.
The Church and Monastery of Our Lady of the Snows in Prague town center:
The photo below is taken from the restaurant at the Garden Center Chladek overlooking their plant exposition and the quiet Hanspaulka district :
Another “green” place to visit in Prague 6 is the restaurant/ coffee-house situated in the Kajetanka park :
Green impressions from the park at the Benedictine Arch-Abbey of St. Adalbert and St. Margaret :
Hope you have enjoyed this small journey through Prague, more about sewing in the next post.
Have a wonderful weekend, barbora
